Professional.  Reliable.  Responsive.    Toni’s Techs is a woman-owned service business where every employee is intensely focused on meeting our clients’ technology needs by providing the most professional, reliable and responsive service possible.  Each of our technicians has many years of experience in his or her field, as well as industry certifications that ratify their training and experience.  When you hire one of Toni’s Techs, you’re hiring a seasoned and professional technology expert, not the kid down the street who is rumored to be good with computers.

For your convenience, Toni’s Techs operates on the basis of scheduled appointments.  We know that our business and residential clients are busy and their time is valuable.  Therefore, we do not expect our clients to wait around for half a day or more hoping that a service person will eventually show up.  We are generally able to give our clients a one-hour time frame for our technicians’ ETA (estimated arrival time).  That frees up our clients to plan their other business or personal activities around their appointment.

And, importantly, if you have a special technology need or a service question, we’re available to speak with you by phone.  Our technicians will also address any post-service questions that you may have and, if necessary, provide a follow-up visit.  You can also speak with the owner of our company, Toni Bennett.  One of the nice benefits of dealing with a small technology firm, instead of a large, impersonal, national big-box chain, is that you can actually speak with the owner.  At Toni’s Techs, we believe that technology should simplify, expedite and enhance your life, not complicate it.  We want to partner with you to make technology one of your greatest assets.
